01 / Application introduction

02 / Application requirements

Define the product behind the fragrance.

Product Format & Base

Tell us whether you are developing a room spray, linen spray or another air-care format. Share the intended base or formulation context and any known constraints so the fragrance discussion starts with the product you will evaluate.

Use & Delivery

Describe the intended use, dispensing method and packaging format. For fabric-contact products, identify the intended materials and assessment requirements; fragrance character alone does not establish fabric or packaging suitability.

Scent & Commercial Brief

Share your collection positioning, preferred scent character, development stage and expected commercial requirements. Include references, notes to avoid and any existing trial feedback to guide selection or a custom fragrance brief.

03 / Fragrance direction

Start with a scent character.

Suggested starting points for scent evaluation. These directions do not establish application compatibility.

White Tea & Bergamot

A bright tea and citrus direction for an airy interior concept.

Fresh Linen

A clean, fabric-like direction for a soft room-fragrance brief.

04 / Evaluation & testing

Develop the scent in its intended format.

Select and discuss

Compare scent samples against your product brief. Discuss the intended base, delivery format and sensory goals with us to choose directions for application trials.

Evaluate and share feedback

Evaluate the fragrance in your intended formulation and packaging. Record scent character during use, appearance and other observations under your product-development procedures. Share feedback so we can discuss fragrance refinement where appropriate.

Agree the fragrance reference

Review the chosen direction and agree the fragrance reference and supply specification before commercial purchasing. Your responsible product team must assess the finished formulation, compatibility, stability, safety, regulatory requirements and, where relevant, fabric suitability before approving the product.

Application suitability should be confirmed through testing. Documentation availability is product- and project-specific.

06 / Your project brief

Tell us what you are creating.

Tell us the product type, intended base or formulation context, scent direction and packaging format. Include your development stage, any trial feedback and expected commercial requirements so we can discuss samples, fragrance development or the next supply step.

07 / Application questions

Questions for your project.

Do you supply fragrance oil for room spray development?

Yes. We supply fragrance oils and discuss fragrance development for room-spray projects. Share your intended base and delivery format so you can evaluate the selected fragrance in your product. The fragrance oil is not a complete finished room-spray formulation.

What details help you understand my room-fragrance project?

Describe the product type, base or formulation context, dispensing and packaging format, scent goals and development stage. For linen sprays, include the intended fabric use and evaluation requirements. Existing trial observations can help shape the fragrance discussion.

How can I evaluate a fragrance before committing to bulk supply?

Begin by discussing scent samples, then an application-trial quantity for your intended formulation. The 10 mL, 500 mL and 25 kg stages show the discovery-to-supply pathway; availability, quantities, costs and supply terms are agreed for each project.

Can we develop a distinctive scent for our home-fragrance collection?

Yes. Share your brand positioning, scent references and product brief to discuss custom fragrance development. We can review your feedback and discuss refinement of the scent direction, with application evaluation in the intended product.

How do we move from scent approval to repeat supply?

After your product team has completed the relevant application evaluation, agree the fragrance reference, supply specification and commercial requirements with us. Scent approval alone does not approve the finished product; repeat supply follows the agreed fragrance and purchasing brief.
