We use your details to respond to your business enquiry. Enquiries are stored outside the public website with restricted access and retained for follow-up and retention review. Enquiry notifications are sent to the AESTHSCENT team for follow-up. Hosting backup retention is managed separately. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Project descriptions are not added to navigation URLs or analytics. Application, selected fragrance, compatible quantity and campaign context may be carried in navigation links. This page stores only non-content submission identifiers for safe retries and conversion deduplication in this tab, not your project description. Completing this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Privacy information

We use the details you submit to respond to your business enquiry. The enquiry and security features remain available if you reject optional tracking. See the enquiry privacy statement above for how submissions are handled.

Website measurement

With your analytics permission, AESTHSCENT uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand use of our public website and confirmed enquiry submissions. Measurement events use limited information such as a safe public page path, enquiry type and application category. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, project description or enquiry reference as measurement event parameters.

Your choices and campaign attribution

Optional Google tags load only after analytics permission. Cookie preferences lets you accept, reject or change optional categories without reloading your form. Advertising measurement permission allows browser storage of campaign click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid; analytics permission allows UTM campaign attribution. This release does not enable personalised advertising, customer matching or enhanced conversions. Refusing these categories does not prevent an enquiry.

Browser retention

Choices are remembered for up to 180 days from your last saved choice. Permitted campaign attribution and conversion-deduplication identifiers may remain on this browser for up to 90 days. Ordinary navigation does not extend attribution retention. Expired records are removed when the website next runs its checks; this does not promise background deletion while your browser is closed. Clearing browser storage can remove these records sooner.

Withdrawal and enquiries

Withdrawal stops subsequent optional website measurement events and clears applicable browser attribution and cookies. It cannot undo data already transmitted, and already loaded Google code may communicate an updated consent status. Withdrawing browser consent does not automatically delete an enquiry already submitted. Browser retention periods do not describe the retention of enquiries, hosting backups or Google account data.
