Fragrance oils for hospitality and commercial scenting.
We supply and develop fragrance oils for hotels, hospitality brands and professional commercial scenting buyers. Explore a scent direction, evaluate it in your intended system and agree a fragrance reference for repeat supply. Our focus is fragrance oil and fragrance development; equipment, installation and servicing remain with your chosen providers.

Build the fragrance brief around your venue.
Venue & Scent Atmosphere
Describe the hotel, retail, office, spa, showroom or other commercial setting and the atmosphere you want to create. Share an existing fragrance reference where available, along with preferences and notes to avoid.
Delivery-System Context
Share the diffuser or delivery-system details and the oil requirements provided by your equipment supplier. Confirm system suitability and any installation or HVAC requirements with that provider; a fragrance direction alone does not establish compatibility.
Trial & Supply Requirements
Tell us your development stage, who will evaluate the fragrance and the number of locations where relevant. Include expected purchasing needs, refill arrangements and any observed usage information to inform the supply discussion.
Start with a scent character.
Suggested starting points for scent evaluation. These directions do not establish application compatibility.
Cedarwood Amber
A grounded woody amber direction for a warm spatial identity.
Ocean Breeze
An open marine direction for a contrasting, airy project brief.
From scent selection to a supply reference.
Select a direction
Compare fragrance samples with your brand and project stakeholders. Discuss the intended atmosphere and sensory feedback with us to shortlist a direction for application evaluation.
Trial in the intended system
Arrange a fragrance trial with your responsible team and equipment provider in the intended system and environment. Record the fragrance reference, operating conditions and observations; share scent feedback so we can discuss refinement where appropriate.
Agree the fragrance for supply
Review trial feedback and agree the fragrance reference, supply specification and purchasing requirements with us. Equipment suitability, installation and any HVAC approval remain with the responsible providers; fragrance selection is not equipment certification or a guarantee of coverage.
Application suitability should be confirmed through testing. Documentation availability is product- and project-specific.
From first impression to an agreed specification.

Questions for your project.
Can we evaluate scent samples before planning commercial supply?
Yes. Discuss samples for initial scent selection, followed by a trial quantity for your intended system. The 10 mL, 500 mL and 25 kg stages describe a discovery-to-supply pathway; availability, quantities, costs and supply terms are confirmed for each project.
What information do you need about our scenting system?
Share the equipment make or model, delivery method and oil requirements supplied by the equipment provider. Include the intended environment and any trial observations. No universal diffuser or HVAC compatibility is assumed; your provider should confirm equipment and installation requirements.
Can we discuss a signature scent for our hotel or brand?
Yes. Share the atmosphere, brand direction and fragrance references you want to explore. We can discuss a custom fragrance brief and review scent feedback. A signature-scent brief does not by itself establish exclusivity, ownership rights or guaranteed uniqueness.
Can we discuss a shared fragrance reference for multiple locations?
Yes. Hotel groups, retailers, spa groups, distributors and scenting-service buyers can discuss a common fragrance reference and repeat purchasing requirements. Evaluate the relevant environments and delivery systems; a shared reference does not guarantee an identical scent experience in every location.
What follows a successful fragrance evaluation?
Review the sensory feedback with us and agree the fragrance reference, supply specification and purchasing brief before commercial ordering. Confirm the relevant system requirements with your equipment provider, then discuss repeat fragrance-oil supply around your operational needs.
